Terms & Conditions

This is what to expect:

• Our play centre invites children from 0 – 12 years.

• We are a shoe-free play area – shoes off/socks on – socks must be worn at all times.

• We have age specific areas to ensure all children can feel safe and capable in the areas suitable for them – it is your responsibility to ensure your children are playing in areas suitable for their age(s).

• You will have booked a specific time slot – you are welcome to arrive anytime within that session – but please stick to the leaving time as we have a short window to clean and sanitise before the next session.

• All bookings will be non-refundable.

• We have plenty of parking spaces at our centre. Please adhere to the designated parking area for our soft play. Please be mindful of driving with care and respect through the residential area to reach us.

• We are a non-smoking venue.

This is where YOU CAN HELP!

• Please remember that all children must be supervised at all times!

• Our centre has designated, age specific play areas – please help us by advising your children which areas are suitable for them.

• Please do not bring your own food! We have drinks and snacks available to purchase

• Keep all food and drinks off the Soft Play

• Please encourage children to wash/sanitise hands as often as you can.

• If you have any issues during your visit – come and see us – we are very friendly!
